1. Scope
These terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for use of the PT Widgets app and its associated online services. The provider is Fabian David Koder.
2. Service
PT Widgets provides departure information, widgets, departure-board views, Live Activities, and optional notifications. Available functions depend on factors including region, data source, device, iOS version, network connection, selected plan, and system permissions.
3. Transport data is not a guarantee
Timetable, real-time, and disruption data is provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. PT Widgets is not a transport operator and does not guarantee any connection, departure, or transfer. The information provided by the relevant transport operator on site takes precedence.
4. Permitted use
You may use the app for personal, non-abusive purposes. Prohibited uses include automated bulk requests, bypassing technical protection measures, disrupting the service, and reusing data contrary to the terms of its respective provider.
5. Standard and Pro
Core features are included in the standard version. PT Widgets Pro may unlock additional designs and higher limits for push features. Prices, term, and renewal details are shown in the App Store before purchase. Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple.
6. Availability and changes
The service is operated with reasonable care but may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, faults, changes to external interfaces, or iOS restrictions. Functions may be developed, replaced, or discontinued, provided users’ legitimate interests are appropriately considered.
7. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty and liability rules apply. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for decisions based solely on unverified transport information or for outages beyond the provider’s control. Mandatory liability, particularly for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, and product liability, remains unaffected.
8. Rights in the app and content
The app, brand, design, and original content are legally protected. Transport and source data remain attributable to their respective rights holders and are used under their licence and usage terms.
9. Termination
You can stop using and delete the app at any time. Active subscriptions must also be cancelled in the App Store settings. In cases of serious misuse, access to online services may be restricted to the extent permitted by law.
